White Chocolate Peppermint Cheesecake

This cheesecake tastes like Christmas! It has an Oreo crust, white chocolate cheesecake with Andes peppermint chips, and whipped cream on top!

STEP 1: Blend Oreos and mix the crumbs with butter. Form a crust in a springform pan. Bake for 11 minutes at 325°F.

STEP 2: Beat cream cheese and sugar. for 2 minutes. 

STEP 3: Add melted white chocolate, sour cream, vanilla, and salt. Gently mix in eggs and peppermint chips.

STEP 4: Pour the batter over the crust.

STEP 5: Bake for 75-85 minutes at 325°F. Cool slowly.

STEP 6: Chill the cheesecake at least 6 hours in the fridge.

STEP 7: Beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla to medium peaks. Decorate the cheesecake.
