STEP 4: Cherry filling. Over medium heat, mix cherries, sugar, corn starch, lemon juice, cinnamon and vanilla. Mash cherries lightly with back of the spoon. Cool.
STEP 5: White Chocolate Frosting. Beat butter on high for 3 minutes. Add in sifted powdered sugar. Add in white chocolate, vanilla, salt, and heavy cream. Mix until fluffy.
STEP 6: White Chocolate Drip. Heat heavy cream in a saucepan until steaming. Pour over white chocolate chips. Let sit 2 minutes. Add white food coloring.
