Funfetti Edible Cookie Dough
This funfetti edible cookie dough is easy to make with no eggs. It is full of rainbow sprinkles and white chocolate chips.

- ½ cup Unsalted butter room temperature
- ¼ cup White granulated sugar
- ¼ cup Brown sugar packed light or dark
- 1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup Milk
- 2 cups Flour heat treated
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Rainbow sprinkles
- ¼ cup Rainbow nonpareil sprinkles
- ½ cup White chocolate chips Quality brand
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Spread the flour over the cookie sheet. Bake for 5 minutes and chill completely. This heat treated flour is now safe to eat.
In a mixing bowl, sift the heat treated flour and the salt. Set aside. Beat the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar. Beat until pale and fluffy. Add in milk and vanilla. Mix until combined.
Add in the dry ingredients and mix until combined. Add both sprinkles and white chocolate chips. Mix until combined.
Chill for 15 minutes before eating.
