Chocolate Ganache Cake

This chocolate ganache cake is a square easy to make moist chocolate cake. It is topped with a chocolate ganache frosting. This is a delicious take on a classic recipe.

STEP 1: Combine the dry ingredients. 

STEP 2: Combine the wet ingredients and add into the dry ingredients. 

STEP 3: Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes. 

STEP 4: Ganache. Pour steaming milk over chocolate chips. Microwave as needed to melt chunks. 

STEP 5: Let the ganache cool for 1 hour while stirring every 20 minutes. Beat the ganache until fluffy with a hand mixer. 

STEP 6: Frost the top of the cake with the ganache.  

STEP 7: Decorate as desired. Enjoy!
