Easy Pumpkin Cheesecake

This swirled no bake pumpkin cheesecake has a graham cracker crust, layers of pumpkin and regular cheesecake swirled together, and whipped cream.

STEP 1: Combine the crust ingredients. Compact them into the 9-inch pan.

STEP 2: Cheesecake batter. Beat the cream cheese and sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Split into 2 bowls. 

STEP 3:  Add the pumpkin puree and spices to one bowl.

STEP 4: Make the whipped cream. Split between the 2 bowls and fold in gently.

STEP 5: Spread half of cheesecake batter into pan. Top with dollops of pumpkin batter. Spread remaining batters on top.

STEP 6: Chill the cheesecake overnight. 

STEP 7: Decorate the cheesecake with whipped cream and cinnamon crumbles.
