Ham and Cheese Savory Scones

These ham and cheese scones are super soft savory scones. These cheese scones are full of cheddar cheese, ham, and 4 types of spices!

STEP 1: Combine dry ingredients. Knead in the  frozen butter until they are pea sized. 

STEP 2: Add the cheddar cheese and ham. Combine the wet ingredients. Add to the dry ingredients. 

STEP 3: Fold together until a dough ball forms. Gently fold the flour into the dough. 

STEP 4: Chill the dough on a prepared cookie sheet for 15 minutes. 

STEP 5: Cut dough circle into 8 wedges. Place on a prepared baking sheet 2 inches apart. 

STEP 6: Brush with egg wash. Top with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. 

STEP 7: Bake for 18-22 minutes at 400 degrees.
