Lemonade Bundt Cake

This lemonade bundt cake is a super moist bundt cake. It is full of fresh lemon flavor and topped with a lemon glaze.

STEP 1: In a large bowl, combine sifted flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. 

STEP 2: In a small bowl, zest 3 lemons and juice. In another small bowl, juice one of the lemons.  

STEP 3: With a mixer, beat the oil, butter, and sugar on high for 3 minutes. Add in lemon zest, lemon juice, and sour cream. Add eggs one at a time. 

STEP 4: Alternate adding the dry ingredients and buttermilk and mixing on low until all combined. 

STEP 5: Fill bundt pan 3/4 full being careful not to overfill. 

STEP 6: Bake 40-50 minutes at 350 degrees. Let sit for 10 minutes then cool completely on a cooling rack.

STEP 7: Lemon Glaze. Whisk together powdered sugar, lemon zest, and lemon juice until pourable. Pour over bundt cake.
