Puff Pastry Apple Tart

This puff pastry apple tart is a great way to have apple pie with half the effort. This uses frozen puff pastry, caramel cinnamon apples, streusel, and extra caramel on top.

STEP 1: Cut 1/4 inch apple slices. Mix them in a bowl with brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and caramel.

STEP 2: Mix flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter to make a streusel. Chill it.

STEP 3: Use a sharp knife to score the pastry 1/4 inch from the edge.

STEP 4: Fill the area inside the scored rectangle with apple slices lined neatly. Place streusel on top.

STEP 5: Mix an egg wash and brush the edges of the pastry. Sprinkle coarse sugar over it.

STEP 6: Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes. Add caramel on top.

STEP 7: Cut the tart into 6 rectangles and serve them with vanilla on top!
