Pumpkin Carrot Cake

This pumpkin carrot cake is a layered cake full of pumpkin puree and grated carrots. The cake is full of cream cheese honey frosting and decorated in little pumpkins and carrots.

STEP 1: Combine the wet cake batter ingredients. 

STEP 2: Mix in the dry cake batter ingredients. Pour into prepared pans and bake for 22-25 minutes. 

STEP 3: Honey Frosting. Beat the cream cheese and butter. Add powdered sugar. Mix in wet ingredients. 

STEP 4: Separate the frosting into 4 bowls and add food dye. 

STEP 5: Spread 3/4 cup of frosting over the first cake layer. Replace with the 2nd layer. 

STEP 6: Place the last layer. Frost a crumb coat and freeze for 15 minutes. Frost the rest of the cake. 

STEP 7: Pipe on carrots and pumpkins.
