STEP 1: Sift together flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

STEP 2: Beat butter, oil and sugar together in a separate bowl for 2 minutes on high speed.

STEP 3: Add vanilla, maple extract, maple syrup, sour cream, and eggs. Add the dry ingredients in.

STEP 4: Scoop the batter into a muffin pan with paper liners.

STEP 5: Bake for 15-17 minutes.

STEP 6: Drizzle maple syrup and brown sugar over bacon. Bake it for 25 minutes and cut them into pieces.

STEP 7: Beat butter and cream cheese for 2 minutes. Add powdered sugar, maple syrup, maple extract, and salt to make the frosting. Pipe it on top and add the bacon bits.
