Preheat the oven to 350℉. Spray two donuts pan (6 donuts each) with baking spray. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. Set aside.
2 cups All-purpose flour, 1 tsp Baking powder, 1/2 tsp Baking soda, 1/4 tsp Salt, 1 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon, 1/2 tsp Ground ginger, 1/4 tsp Ground nutmeg
In a large bowl, add brown sugar, sugar, egg, vanilla, oil, milk, apple sauce, and 1/2 cup of reduced apple cider. Whisk together.
3/4 cup Brown sugar, 1/4 cup White granulated sugar, 1 Large egg, 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract, 1/4 cup Oil, 1/3 cup Milk, 2 TBSP Apple sauce
Add the dry ingredients and whisk until combined. Pour the batter into a piping bag (or ziplock bag). Cut off the tip. Fill the donut pan 2/3rds full.
Bake for 14-16 minutes. They are done baking when a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Tip: while still hot, use a piping tip to recreate the hole of the donuts, if the holes get covered while baking. Do this fresh out of the oven.
Let it sit in the hot pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. I used a spoon to help pop it out. Cool completely.
