In a medium bowl, sift the flour, baking soda, salt, and cornstarch together. Set aside. Using a food processor, blend 6 Oreos into small and medium pieces. Repeat with 6 chips ahoy cookies. Set aside.
2 1/2 cups All-purpose flour, 1 tsp Baking soda, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Cornstarch, 3/4 cup Oreo pieces, 3/4 cup Chips Ahoy pieces
In a large bowl, use a whisk to mix melted butter, brown sugar, sugar, vanilla, eggs, and royal blue food dye.
1 cup Unsalted butter, 1 cup Light brown sugar, 1/2 cup White granulated sugar, 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract, 2 Large eggs, 1 tsp Royal blue gel food dye
Add in the dry ingredients and mix using a rubber baking spatula to mix until just combined. Add the Oreo pieces, Cookie pieces, and chocolate chips and mix.
3/4 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350℉. Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper. Let the cookie dough rest for 10 minutes to help with spreading.
Use a large cookie scoop to scoop the cookie dough. Place 6 cookie dough balls per cookie sheet.
Bake for 13-15 minutes until the edges with look set. Since they are blue, they won't get that golden color.
Immediately, top each cookie with an Oreo piece, a cookie piece, and extra chocolate chips. Let the cookies sit on the hot pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
