Preheat the oven to 350℉. Spray a 9X5- inch loaf pan with baking nonstick spray. Line the bottoms and 2 sides with parchment paper and spray again. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, sift the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Set aside.
2 cups All-purpose flour, 1 tsp Baking powder, 1/2 tsp Baking soda, 1/2 tsp Salt, 2 tsp Ground cinnamon, 1/4 tsp Ground nutmeg
In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, eggs, apple sauce, milk, and sour cream. Add the dry ingredients and mix until combined. Pour the apples on top of the batter and gently fold them into the batter.
1/2 cup Unsalted butter, 1/2 cup White granulated sugar, 1/4 cup Brown sugar, 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract, 2 Large eggs, 1/2 cup Unsweetened apple sauce, 1/2 cup Milk, 1/4 cup Sour cream
Pour the batter into the pan. Mix the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle it on top of the batter, do this until well covered.
1/4 cup White granulated sugar, 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
Bake for 60-70 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let it sit for 10 minutes in the hot pan. Then, transfer to a cooling rack. Cool completely.
