Apple Bread
This easy to make apple bread tastes like apple fritters in a loaf pan! The bread is super soft and full of cinnamon. It has cinnamon apples mixed through and a cinnamon sugar top.

I wanted this apple bread to be like pumpkin bread but with apples! It is super easy to make (no mixer needed), and needs 2 gala apples. It reminds me of apple fritters from a bakery!
I have tips and tricks and process photos to easily help you make this recipe! If you love apple desserts, you have to try my apple muffins.

Tips for making the bread
Here are my tips, so yours turns out like this recipe!
- Tip 1: Make sure the flour is spooned and leveled. If you stick the measuring cup in the flour, it can cause the flour to be compacted. That results in a drier bread.
- Tip 2: Make the apples first. As the sugar sits on the apples, it will leave small bits of apple juice. Which mixes well into the batter.
- Tip 3: After adding the batter to a 9X5-inch loaf pan, Top with a generous amount of cinnamon sugar. This will gives a sugar crunch topping!
