Edible Cookie Dough
This is an easy to make recipe for edible cookie dough. It has no eggs and uses milk instead!

- 1 3/4 cups All-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp Cornstarch
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3/4 cup Unsalted butter room temperature
- 1/4 cup White granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup Brown sugar light brown sugar packed
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup Milk
- 1 cup Chocolate chips You can use any chocolate chips you want! I used mini chips
Preheat the oven to 350℉ Place flour on a cookie sheet and bake for 6 minutes. Cool flour completely. Add the flour back to the bowl and add cornstarch and salt.

Using a mixer in a large bowl, beat the butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Beat on high speed for 2 minutes. It will be light and pale.
3/4 cup Unsalted butter, 1/3 cup Brown sugar, 1/4 cup White granulated sugar
Add in vanilla and milk. Beat on medium speed until combined. Add in the dry ingredients and mix on low speed until just combined.
1 tsp Pure vanilla extract, 1/3 cup Milk
Add in the chocolate chips and mix on low speed until just combined.
