Strawberry Cream Cheese Frosting
This recipe is for strawberry cream cheese frosting. It is made with 5 ingredients and makes a super creamy frosting full of strawberry flavor. It uses freeze dried strawberries.

- 1 cup Unsalted butter room temperature
- 8 oz Cream cheese room temperature
- 3 cups Powdered sugar sifted
- 1 oz Freeze dried strawberries grounded to a fine crumb
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
In a large bowl, sift the powdered sugar. Set aside. Using a blender, ground the freeze dried strawberries to a fine crumb.

Using a mixer, beat the butter on high speed for 2 minutes. It will be pale and fluffy. Add the cream cheese and beat on high for 1 minute. Scrape the bowl.
1 cup Unsalted butter, 8 oz Cream cheese
Add in half of the powdered sugar and mix on low speed until just combined. Add the rest of the powdered sugar and mix
Next, add in the freeze dried strawberries and vanilla. Beat on high speed until creamy.
1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
